“I was referred to T&T Weidners by Lakeland septic who pumped it tank a month and a half earlier. Ted came out the day I called and checked our system that had a full and overflowing tank. He was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. We set an appt for him to come out and jet the lines to clear them. Ted and Tony arrived on the day they said and got to work. They found and cleaned out our lines and installed another so that we could save a couple trees. Pricing was fair and reasonable. The work was excellent and done quickly and they absolutely knew what they were doing. I cannot thank Shaun and his crew at McHenry Plumbing enough for coming to my rescue on such short notice. Late Thursday night, we had a major plumbing emergency — water was pouring out of the floor drain and leaking from the base of our downstairs toilet. We called Black Diamond, and while they were out from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and rodded the line six times, the problem wasn’t resolved. We were then told it would cost around $7,000 to excavate and replace piping.

Thankfully, a friend referred me to McHenry Plumbing for a second opinion. Shaun called me back the next morning and was at my house within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and saved us from a huge, unnecessary expense. The honesty, compassion, and no-nonsense professionalism were unmatched.

We finally have peace of mind and are able to use our water and drains again—all thanks to them. The service was exceptional, the pricing fair, and the integrity rare. I will never call another plumbing company again. Truly grateful!“
