Ryan, Jason, and Sean did a fantastic job installing a new furnace and humidifier for me. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also took their time and made sure the furnace was installed correctly.Definitely recommend these guys!

Jason was here on 11/30/2023 to install a device into the furnace for me. He was very prompt and attentive to what I wanted since this was a device that I purchased. He went about the job very professionally and talked about every step along the way. He took his time to carefully complete the job but was still very efficient. We just had a service call from Official HVAC to change the filters for the 2 new A/C systems and 1 Furnace with humidifier that we bought from Official last May. I wanted to write about, and review our technician, "Big" Al. He came out late summer for a small service repair, and that is when I knew that I wanted him to always service all of our new equipment!!! Al is just wonderful, and literally, I can't say enough nice things about him!!! He is just great--he is patient (I need a good amount of review and explanation, lol), professional, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, helpful, understanding and thorough.
