American Home Shield customer. I literally put in my request and was called by the most pleasant dispatcher ever!!! Wow! Professional!! Then Daniel came to do the repairs. Extremely helpful! Explained everything clearly and finished the job!!! He was AWESOME!!!! Soooo A+++ BNK
About a month ago during -30 windchill temps, our primary bathroom sink started trickling. We, of course, thought we for sure had a frozen pipe. We did all of the things to thaw the pipe but it kept trickling. My wife and I then decided to reach out to BNK because they had done great work for us previously on a couple of toilets. I wrote a request for service through their website and included pictures of our sink. Brendan called me less than a hour later and walked us through a couple of possibilities. We had to request an emergency service at 10:30pm as our sump pump stopped working. Right after we placed our request with the dispatcher B-N-K called us back to confirm the service was on the way. Dan was helping us tonight and explained everything perfectly and clear for understanding. Price is much better than others and service was GREAT and FAST. We had those guys last year helping us with other issue - it was done as good as today. RECOMMEND ?
