If I could give Tim and Pedro more than 5 stars I would. I had been working with American Vintage on a sewer issue that backed up into my garage and drive way. I have been doing business with for a long time so I had faith in them. We had been working on the issue for 2 weeks trying to fix the problem. Over that period of time they rodded 2x and water jetted 1x and camera scoped each time. They could not get the sewer to flow. Drains Inc. has handled multiple very challenging plumbing problems at my house. They are fair, responsive, and do the job right the first time. I had a sewer pipe cracked at my house and at the attachment point to the main sewer. My sewer is 10 feet underground and the water table is high. Not only did they excavate and properly repair both connections they also put in a clean-out designed to be flushed to the ground and never to break. Other contractors who have come to work on my house take pictures of the work they have done. It’s that good. They replaced my sump pump, battery back up, and ejector pump. I like most people I know have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, but not with Drains inc. Tim at Drains inc is great. Always very responsive and very professional. Great value for fantastic service. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
