We had roof and gutter damage from recent hailstorms. We worked with Chad he was honest, professional and very easy to work with. Chad dealt with the insurance company we had no stress and no problems.
The crew covered all bushes, outdoor furniture and even our pool to keep debris out. There was a bit of a mishap with the pool, the cinder block they placed on the tarp fell into the pool and tore the liner. We contacted Chad he immediately came out and saw what happened, the next day he showed up with a check to pay for a new liner AND he actually went into the pool and retrieved the cinder block! (Water temps in the 30’s) I don’t know of any other owner of a company that would go into a freezing pool and quickly resolve the problem. Thank you Chad!! We will definitely recommend Fiji to friends and family.“

“Harris Exteriors gets an A+
After shingles blew off our roof and left a hole, Harris Extrriors replaced it.
I had been working with another company with my insurance at first. Unfortunately, they were not doing what they promised. I called Joe from Harris who I had originally scheduled for an estimate but had cancelled when the first company got involved.
We have never been treated so respectfully from a company that came to do home improvements/replacements. Everything Joe told us happened just as he explained. There were no hidden costs. He worked with us to make the project affordable. He responded promptly to any messages left and followed up when he said he would. The install crew was wonderful and careful. They arrive just before the scheduled time and we’re ready to go on the dot. I watched them since we have had issues with work from others in the past. Our neighbor had just had his roof replaced as well by a different company, and there was more debris in our yard from his roof then our own. Joe came and checked the work promptly. He even picked up a few small pieces of debris that we didn’t even notice.
I HIGHLY recommend Harris Exteriors. (I did also get quotes from three additional companies. The costs were similar, but the product and communication did not compare.)

Besides Joe, I also spoke with other people in the office who were equally friendly, professional, and helpful. They will be the first company I call for future projects!“

“We had a hail storm back in April and you’ve had those sales people knock on your door trying to drum up business, I know you have. We had a couple of them and my husband always refused. Then Tammy stopped by I took her information and she went on her way. Again I let my husband know “hey this lady came by about a free estimate on the roof” his answer “No! And what does SHE know?”
Well let me tell you SHE knows a lot. HE went looking for after he actually saw the damage. She was out here a couple of weeks later. She came back, took a look around and of course there was damage. She took care of everything insurance, solar panel issues, estimates, everything. She worked with our insurance and got everything approved. She knows her stuff! Information on materials siding , roofing, gutters she can tell you what works and what doesn’t, the materials used, who makes it, warranties… all of it! (my husband tested her)
The guys that did the work? Never saw them. No trace was left behind. Absolutely nothing! No shingle scraps, no stray nails, no metal shavings, Nothing! The only proof they were there was just a brand new roof, gutters and siding.
