We highly recommend Friendly Windows. We had 21 Sunrise replacement windows installed. We could not be more pleased. The Sales/Project Rep, Joe Homik, was very helpful and professional. He helped us decide which windows met our needs. He answered many questions as he lead us though the process. Dave and the installation team was also outstanding while completing the high quality installation in one day. We were very pleased with the price and quality. I suggest you give them an opportunity to meet your needs.

Overall, I am happy with the service because we got new windows that work great--they open and close very smoothly, they are energy efficient, and are already keeping the house temp more stable. Waaaaayyyy better than what we had. The quote process was very helpful--Joe was very attentive to my emails/texts, replied almost immediately, and was pleasant to work with. I was surprised how cute the egress window looks. Pic here just to show it off. They were also able to finish all the work in one very long day.
