The zipper was from under the arm to the top of the hip on this dress (a lot of work), and Gloria gave me a reasonable price. The work is great, too. The zipper is as good as when I got the dress, if not better.The dress is also perfectly cleaned and ready for whenever it’s next needed.That, and the staff here is so nice. Both Gloria and the man who work with her are pleasant, polite, and helpful.I left a pair of jeans to be hemmed, since I had such a good experience with the dress. She was very nice, direct and clearly knows what she's doing. She was able to have the dress done in the requested timeframe.
