This is the only cleaners and tailor that I go to. Great customer service, dress shirts are always crisp and clean and she makes sure that the collars stand up properly. The price for getting items tailored is very reasonable.

I visited Serenity Day Spa the last Friday in May. I had an 90 minute hot stone massage. I was totally impressed with the care I received. Charlene was the massage expert. She is skilled. First Timer Alert! My experience was absolutely refreshing from the time I walked in. Gloria is the best and revived the way I feel about going to the salon nowadays. My appointment started on time, my glue-less ponytail exceeded my expectations, so many compliments on how natural it looks. I highly recommend Gloria and I will definitely return for years to come.

Great customer service, after dealing with a company that was only trying to sell me a new unit Dashon come in to actually help. He assessed the need, explained where and what the failure was then proceeded to offer solutions. Worked late and returned as early as possible the next day. Giving me options and helping me make informed decisions. I will definitely use them in the future and first choice when I upgrade/replace the existing system.

I had an emergency appointment scheduled for tomorrow (blind in one eye, sudden very unexpected issues in my "good" eye.) I received a call saying that the optometrist is was going see tomorrow isn't available so I'll need to reschedule. As a client for 10 years this insane. I would have gone to the ER or Urgent Care HOURS ago if I knew this was the case. I called and spoke with someone else who thankfully was able to squeeze me in at 3pm tomorrow, but please, please be wary of canceling appointments and the kindness and empathy you do when having to do so. I can't see, I'm scared, and I'm dealing with rudeness and cancelations. I've had good experiences with Southwest Eyecare for the most part, but this is the icing on my stressful, blind day.
