Kind and professional not like the one on Dixie,where I was spoken disrespectful to.I think some of the complaints about stains from people were because before they brought items in they used them as a tablecloth.
I brought in 160 pounds of laundry from my brothers home. He is a hoarder. Dead mice and mice dropping were found and they said they could not help me. I was so embarrassed but they were very gracious and even after attempting to wash some clothes, they fully refunded me. I am in debt to them. This is a 100% above board company that I endorse.
I like the store wish they had same day at this location, but they didn't they send their stuff out to another store, but it still a great place to go to get your clothes done where it is not too expensive. The one take back is the parking lot and in front of the store there is trash and empty food containers all around I feel like they need a trash can that might help, they need to make the store around send someone out to clean up I have been in Homewood for over 50 years this trash all over the place is unexpected and I know we can do better.
