I could not recommend Skinny Minny enough for their services! The owner was very professional, thorough, and transparent in the pricing and services. Everyone who I’ve communicated with has been very friendly and patient and more importantly the job was very well done. As a side/bonus note: Upon seeing that this was a Christian organization, I asked the owner if they had time to bless the house as it was very important for me as I moved my life into my new home to ensure that we started off on the right foot. I had a wonderful experience with this cleaning company from start to finish. The entire process felt professional, organized, and easy to understand. From completing the onboarding form and scheduling service to payment, the walkthrough, and the actual cleaning, everything was clear and well-managed.
As both a caregiver and a business owner, I especially appreciated how thoughtful and considerate the owner was throughout the process. During the initial walkthrough, they made a point of ensuring that my bed-bound mother was taken care of first and that her needs were considered before anything else.
