I am currently taking care of my mom in another state, and I’m only able to work at my house on select days. When I called The Mulch Center, I told them I would need the ten yards of premium mulch dropped after a specific time (to avoid my tenants), and on the exact day I specified, in order for me to put it to use. The Much Center managed everything very smoothly. They noted on my invoice for the driver to not call me on the day of delivery (because I would be on a flight), and the driver dropped the mulch in the exact place requested. “Phase 2So we were finally able to begin phase 2 and change the front yard. All of the old landscaping (mostly overgrown and dead bushes) were removed. We then had our house painted. Pete developed the plan for a new stoop, sidewalk, driveway and landscaping. It changed the look completely. Pete and the entire crew did another fabulous job! They always do quality work. We hope to add lighting.In the winter of 2020 we lost some old arborvitaes in the backyard .Pete put in a great fence, that has become a wonderful addition to the backyard. The very last photo is the original landscaping. It really needed to be updated. Thank you Pete and your crew, we are going to enjoy this for many years. “When getting ready to redo our driveway from blacktop to concrete, we asked neighbors on our street for recommendations. Their driveways were more than 10 years old and they still look great. They gave us Tony's phone number and we are grateful they did.
From the first visit we felt Tony would do a great job for us. We had an unlevel, cracked, ugly asphalt driveway and a one-step stoop that was so high, it was scary to step down from. The melted snow ran from the driveway into our garage...that is how much higher our old blacktop driveway was. Tony envisioned a stoop with two steps for safety and esthetics and proposed the idea to us. Obviously, we loved it. Tony was there answering every question, helping us choose materials and always replied within 24 hours, which we found that completely acceptable. So we signed up!
Then the work started and we were equally impressed with John who did all the supervision of their concrete team. We loved to see John working along side the crew, riding the machinery and the pleasant way he treated their workers.
Scaravalle was careful not to pour concrete on days that were too hot for proper curing thus avoiding future cracking.
The pricing was not cheap, but it was FAIR. We received exactly what we wanted, feel we received a quality job and could not be happier with the outcome! We trust our driveway will look as nice as the neighbor's 10 years down the road.
I am attaching some photos (please excuse the water hose on the stoop!) so you can see why we are happy with Tony, John and the Scaravalle crew.
