“This is the second order from The Mulch Center (the last order was in 2023).<br><br>Once again, spectacular service all-around.<br><br>When I phoned last Thursday, the Mulch Center service team was able to locate my previous order and help me confirm the mulch selection for our parkway in Hyde Park.<br><br>They were then able to schedule an early morning delivery on Saturday.<br><br>I left notes with the service team that we would be ready by 7:00 am to receive the mulch (it's a long way to Hyde Park on Chicago's south side, and we wanted to be available to their team so they could arrive and depart Chicago before the morning drive).<br><br>We shared that we (as the Condo Board) would be up by 6:00 am and requested a phone call when the driver departed. Javier promptly phoned us at 6:05 am and then again when he was 5 minutes out from our property. As you can see below, Javier maneuvered the truck to place the mulch squarely on our parkway.<br><br>Terrific service all-around.
