“Phase 2So we were finally able to begin phase 2 and change the front yard. All of the old landscaping (mostly overgrown and dead bushes) were removed. We then had our house painted. Pete developed the plan for a new stoop, sidewalk, driveway and landscaping. It changed the look completely. Pete and the entire crew did another fabulous job! They always do quality work. We hope to add lighting.In the winter of 2020 we lost some old arborvitaes in the backyard .Pete put in a great fence, that has become a wonderful addition to the backyard. The very last photo is the original landscaping. It really needed to be updated. Thank you Pete and your crew, we are going to enjoy this for many years. “Over twenty years ago, Shelly's installed a new brick paver patio and shrubbery in our back yard. This summer, they returned. Gary developed a complete plan for the property, which included resizing the garden beds, laying sod in multiple areas, burying 7 downspouts, building two new stone patios, repairing and power washing the existing patio, building an extended stone walking path, pruning a large number of trees and bushes, and installing a large raised vegetable garden bed as well as 50 new shrubs/trees/perennials. The design flows beautifully. The plants selected are thoughtfully chosen to thrive in their environment. I am thrilled with the results. “We had a mud bowl going on in our backyard. Maureen came and made suggestions for patio pavers. showed us many choices from least to most expensive. She had a few suggestions, like a trim around the paved areas, that were much appreciated. She got us in early due to a cancellation. The crew did an excellent job, very professional and quick. out job was done in 2.5 days. Maureen suggested we wait on getting sod as it was too far into the hot summer months already. So we'll do that in the coming months.“

“We were extremely lucky to have discovered Himsben Design Studio, LLC through a friend who used them for her front patio. Since we needed our back patio/yard area redone from the original design that was 30 years old, we've also used them for our front landscaping, new concrete front steps and brick pavers by driveways, retaining wall, and this year a new deck!! They are very hands on, responsive, and worked with our budget and answered our many questions. They never balked when we asked for an adjustment to plans and gave us plenty of warning when workers were coming. The folks who do the actual work are also incredible - I couldn't believe it could look so good after the demo mess!! They not only completely the projects on time but cleaned up and left us with incredible outdoor spaces that we love.
