The Mulch Center
“This is the second order from The Mulch Center (the last order was in 2023).
Once again, spectacular service all-around.
When I phoned last Thursday, the Mulch Center service team was able to locate my previous order and help me confirm the mulch selection for our parkway in Hyde Park.
They were then able to schedule an early morning delivery on Saturday.
I left notes with the service team that we would be ready by 7:00 am to receive the mulch (it's a long way to Hyde Park on Chicago's south side, and we wanted to be available to their team so they could arrive and depart Chicago before the morning drive).
We shared that we (as the Condo Board) would be up by 6:00 am and requested a phone call when the driver departed. Javier promptly phoned us at 6:05 am and then again when he was 5 minutes out from our property. As you can see below, Javier maneuvered the truck to place the mulch squarely on our parkway.
Terrific service all-around. Kudos to Javier and the entire Mulch Center Team (Deerfield, Illinois).
We'll order again—perhaps as early as this fall, if we can get our condo members to accelerate our landscaping plans.

P.S. The delivery rate was the same as in 2023; I appreciated their commitment to keeping prices as low as possible. Overall cost of the service, just slightly more than in 2023, a modest increase (and more than acceptable to our board), given the other increases and the general costs of doing business these days.”
