“I hired Matt Ross as the GC for an addition to my house and
a renovation of the rest of the house. It all turned out to be
exactly the spaces I dreamed of...feels like a whole new house.
Two of his sub contractors were exceptional: the foreman, Don,
was so easy to work with and created some gorgeous millwork
in my sunroom; the chief electrician, Ziggy, was amazing, always
going above and beyond and giving great advice.
I plan to hire Matt in the spring/summer to do a full bath in my
lower level family room.”

“Dave has been absolutely wonderful to work with on our major home renovation and repair after a water leak! I can’t say enough great things about our experience. He is the most detail oriented and unlike most other GCs out there. He is always on time, follows through on every request, treats your home like he would his own, and his communication is wonderful. I trusted that when I was gone, everything would be taken care of and he communicated any questions he had immediately and never assumed I wanted something done a certain way. His expertise prevented me from making costly mistakes I may have decided on without his guidance. He was very patient with me for decisions I was unsure about. Our entire renovation went perfectly and everything was completed as he promised it would be. We HIGHLY recommend Dave and are so grateful for our beautiful first floor renovation!!”
