To give some context, I was told by several other roofing companies that I would need to re-sheet and shingle my entire roof. I wanted to get as many quotes as possible since this job was between 15-20k. Rocco came out and crawled into my tiny attic space and assured me that I did not need to resheet the entire roof but rather the back section that had endured more moisture and had leaks. He came in with the best quote and he replaced all the rotted wood that was there. He even had to replace a rafter but he was so kind and showed me all the pictures of my roof so I felt peace of mind with knowing the job was done correctly. Rocco and his crew worked for 12 hours straight and finished my roof in one day.
