Raoul arrived on time and was quick to figure out exactly what was wrong with my furnace and was able to get it back up and running just as fast. He was friendly and super polite during his visit. He also walked me through what he did, so I knew what I was paying for. He even helped give me tips on what to look out for so I know when comes the time to do the service again.
