The gentleman that answered the phone said someone would be out between 11 and 1 and promptly at 11:00 John was at our door. I showed him the location of the soil pipe in the basement and he determined the easiest way was to remove the toilet on the first floor.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price too.

We tried so many things to fix it but I hit a wall and finally had to call in a professional. I’ve used Roto Rooter before and they have always been great so I called them again for this.
