Korim was amazing and I love this company. I’ve been dealing with low water pressure for a full week after replacing some of my old galvanized pipes with copper. We tried so many things to fix it but I hit a wall and finally had to call in a professional. I’ve used Roto Rooter before and they have always been great so I called them again for this.
My phone call was picked up right away and a tech was able to come out within a couple hours. Korim was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. I’m so grateful to finally have pressure again!
Our upstairs toilet was overflowing. Plunging, stopping the tank water, nothing helped. I called Friday night and they had someone out Saturday morning. The scheduling and communication was seamless. He was nice and helpful and explained what he was doing and most of all tolerated that horrible smell. He didn't get the Ghost Hunter reference but he well none the less. Thank you Roto Rooter.
