“We had Custom Installations do the entire exterior of our home, David Burke and John Robinson. They did an amazing job with each phase of the project. They worked with us from the beginning to the end, always answering phone calls, emails and constant questions. John, our Project Manager, was always there to help answer questions and making sure things were running smoothly. “I would just like to share a positive experience I had with Patriot Builders in helping me get my roof replaced after the hailstorm of Feb 2024. “I hired Karol to replace some siding and windows. I really liked his attention to detail that is often hard to find. He provided a very detailed initial estimate, checked all the materials when they got delivered and made sure all the detailed steps got done correctly.

For the siding project they replaced existing cedar with Hardie boards / LP trim. They added some additional foam insulation to a couple bay windows that had always been cold because of the large amount of wood framing on the corners. They were very good about adding aluminum or copper flashing to every spot that needed it even though the existing cedar had basically none of what it was supposed to have. They left me with all of the extra materials from the project that I wanted so I have plenty of replacement wood / caulk / paint available if I ever need it.

For the window project they helped me change window configuration and replaced all interior trim and sills as well. They insulated the frame gaps from both inside and outside with foam which was nice. They were about 20% cheaper for the same windows than the popular Libertyville window retailer I also got a quote from, and Karol was personally on site for most of the job which you also don't get with a lot of contractors.“

“Highly recommend Alan and CasGo roofing. Had my cedar shake roof replaced with architectural shingles. Pricing was very reasonable and great communication from the estimate to completion. I got three separate estimates and CasGo roofing was the only one that checked the roof wood in my attic. Doing this, Alan discovered some mold because the venting in my attic was not done properly. He was able to recommend someone for my mold problem and fixed the venting as well when putting on my new roof. Alan and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was 110% happy with the job. “The day I called High Tops Roofing about my skylight, Dan came out and gave me an estimate. He called me the next day to let me know he’d found a skylight without a shade ( I didn’t need one and it was less expensive than one with a shade) and I let him know we wanted him to replace the skylight.
