She spent a good amount of time just communicating and seeing how exactly I wanted the tattoo placed and size and everything!! She is quick and clean with the tattooing itself! Pros: online booking. Great cuticle work. Cons: they only do gel polish and the massage was only so so. They were super professional and fun to talk to. Very clean. Cute little spot.
David and Refacing Pros did an excellent job of remodeling our Kitchen. New cherry cabinet doors and refacing the cabinet frames and side panels.Chris came in the next day and painted the cabinet doors, frames and the beadboard paneling on the island.David met us on site a few times to make sure we got what we wanted as we changed our mind a couple of times.We received a quote from a couple of other companies but the quote from David was more than fair.I highly recommend Refacing Pros!
Our family absolutely loves the patio! Every friend who visits compliments how amazing it is. This project has been one of my favorites, and I've never had a single regret. The crew was professional, efficient, and completed everything in just a week--from tearing down the old deck to adding the final touches. I tend to be quite picky and wanted to go over every detail, but they were always patient and thorough in answering all my questions. I highly recommend them, 100%!
We have used veteran carpet cleaning for our carpet and a large area rug in the past and they have always done a fantastic job, this time I needed to have our light grey sectional cleaned from years of little children, I already knew who to call. I called Steve on Thursday and Monday morning he was out cleaning the couch, he showed up on time and did an amazing job, the couch came out so much better than we expected. Great company to work with! Will never call anyone else.
Joe and his crew did various duct work/ floor vent sealing for us. They did a great job and we will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

What a great experience! I went in with long, thinning and damaged hair. I was starting to feel like an old hag witch woman! I came out feeling like a new woman....with this adorable asymmetrical bob that was a little stacked in the back. I felt pretty again! Becky recommended some products to help with thinning hair and will be ordering that for me. Gonna give it a shot to see how it works for me! Thank you Becky for making me feel great! Definitely recommend this salon!!!

Sam, did my son Oliver’s hair today, Brianna, did my hair, and MADELY, did my other son Leo’s hair. Per usual it was a great experience all around as we all had different stylists this go around. All 3 of us fully satisfied with our cuts along with over all experience.
Sam: great with Oliver as he loves to talk about his life and she interacted with him on his stories.
Brianna: accomplished exactly what I was looking for. Matched the same energy of talking as I had to give this morning.
MADELY: was great with Leo as he doesn’t talk much and accomplished what he was looking for with his longer hair. Also bared with me when giving Leo a hard time too lol.
We are all looking forward to our next appointments there.
It's your basic haircut place. Every time I've ever gone there, the employees are very friendly. I think that's rare. They do a good job cutting your hair, and they have your records on file, so they they how to cut it again. I think they're pretty inexpensive, too. My only gripe is that they have to be open in order for me to schedule an appointment. Nothing can be scheduled in advance of the day you want your haircut.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. The owner, Bernie, and both of her assistants are outstanding. They each take the time to know each client, remember each client and connect with each client about what the client needs. The precision and beauty of each nail is exquisite. And it feels like home and a warm hug each time I go.
LISTEN UP: this place and Jean are LEGIT! I had a terrible experience at another nail salon nearby when I tried to get a custom Disney nail design and they totally botched it. I started to go home then took a chance and stopped at Queens nails to ask if anyone could help remedy the bad job I just left. The ladies were SO KIND and immediately paired me with Jean who so humbly and kindly took on the task. I showed her a picture of what I was hoping for and SHE NAILED IT! (Pun intended). I will never go anywhere else now. AND she only charged me $5 for fixing two nails ! Unbelievable- these ladies are angels. Go here! You won’t regret it. ?

Few weeks ago I stopped in with a small time window and a hope and prayer that they could get me in as a walk-in. At first it wasn't looking good, they were busy and had appointments coming in. I was willing to compromise what services I was getting in order to fit in whatever time they had. They found a way to make it all work though! I was very happy with the quality, customer services, friendliness! Everything! I got a dip mani with gel polish and a regular pedi. The salon was clean and welcoming.
Got a pedicure, Hispanic lady that did my toes was very pleasant did an amazing job...I was a walk in on a Saturday morning so that was good it was my birthday last minute pedicure they took me in staff was helpful good place! A lot of parking

I was taken here by my son's girlfriend to get my hair cut for my upcoming wedding. I have very long, very thick hair. I met with Shannon and she understood what I wanted right away. she gave me the mist amazing haircut. I couldn't be happier! it's still long, shaggy, half the weight is gone and it looks incredible. Thank you so much for such a great experience.
I've only ordered once, but everything I've eaten so far has been delicious! The tomato soup is creamy without being too heavy, and has just the right amount of basil and spice. I couldn't get enough of it! The little date bites (chewy dessert goodness) are a perfect way to finish a meal - satisfying my sweet tooth perfectly. I am looking forward to trying more of the things I ordered, and to ordering again soon.

Stopped in to find out about getting a wig. Didn't have an appointment, but Tina was very nice, and I asked if I could wait ., it wasn't long about 1/2 hour. She was very thorough and showed me many options . Even said she could order one in a color I'd liked. Very nice shop. Very nice people.
My daughter wanted highlights and a hair cut and was very nervous. I spent a lot of time looking for the best place.
I am so grateful I gave a look into slightly off center. She hasn't stopped looking in the mirror and she looks so happy.

Elliot came out to fix a gas leak for us, he was able to locate the leak when other companies couldn’t. He was responsive, on time, the price was fair, and he made sure everything was put back together and running before he left. We would definitely recommend using Illinois Plumbing.
Water supply line broke and one call and they were at my door with in a hour. Matt was very polite and professional. Explained what he had to do and about quality of work and materials needed. They worked hand in hand with Servpro clean up team and had us dry and up and running in 12 hours. Plumbing only took three hours! Highly recommend them.
I asked Ammco Electric to inspect a cracked outlet and a few wires and to check the whole house. Ammco Electric was timely, professional, great, and informative. I will call again if I have electricial issues. Thanks much!

David and his team are incredible!! Very thorough, great communication and super easy to work with. The house I moved into needed some TLC and they delivered! Since then I’ve had them come every 2 weeks and they’ve been great! I completely trust them in my home and know they’re thinking of what’s best for me, their customer. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been a mechanic for over 15 years and that type of work really took a toll on my body. I felt like my whole right side had a flat tire, my knee was hurting, my hip, even herniated a disc all on the right side of my body. We first took X-rays and he told me to stand straight upon review of X-rays my whole spine was leaning towards the right, was even taller on left side than the right from all the pressure. I was recommended to dr Risner and let me tell you after 1 session all that pressure on my right side of my body was gone. After this experience I recommend everyone see a chiropractor you really don’t know the toll body takes from sitting, standing or any activities. Highly recommend this office very informative and professional

As for Dr Crystal, she’s an excellent chiropractor. I have seen at least a dozen (maybe more) in my lifetime and not one has ever treated my neck and back the way she does. I have been suffering with chronic pain for decades and I actually woke up this morning with some relief! I cannot wait to go back. She’s professional, kind, knowledgeable, funny, and CARES about her patients feeling better! Highly recommended!
Dr. John is truly passionate about his field. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is committed to helping them get better. He takes the time to explain things clearly and patiently, which makes a big difference. I highly recommend him! The office staff is also friendly, and the entire office is clean and well-maintained.
My 4 month old Labrador Retriever, Hooper, absolutely loves Dr. Marx. She is AMAZING with him, and of course he LOVES when she wears her sparkly shoes! The entire practice has been outstanding since I got him. I know my puppy is in great hands under their outstanding care. This practice is excellent at handling last minute appointments and very responsive to any inquiries. I look forward to watching Hooper grow under their care and nurturing.
Love these guys. I’ve been a customer of the Grayslake Animal Hospital for 16 years. All three of my cats got care from Dr. Kevin Marion. He’s such a wonderful vet and a very nice person. He was always upfront with me about illnesses and treatment plans. They even worked with me financially if the expense was over my budget. There’s an after hours on call Vet that I’ve had to call sometimes. They were wonderful in fitting me in for mild emergencies the next day. I can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend this place.

Laura is an intuitive healer. She starts each session with a gentle technique that locates all the tight spots, then she methodically (and magically!) kneads them away. I feel completely refreshed every time. I am so happy my husband found her. We both highly, highly recommend her.
Kìm & Natalie are the best. I had knee replacement surgery and if it wasent for them two I'd still be using a walker.. they both take the time to listen to how your doing, and have great advice on what you should and shouldn't be doing.. again thanks to both of them.. and I'm not done yet..
I started my therapy with a frozen shoulder. I could hardly lift anything, reach the cabinet above me, let alone walk without my shoulder aching. Carla, with the help of Kate and Ryan, patiently helped me, gave me some exercises and movements that loosen my shoulder back. After some dry needling and home exercises, I was able to move without pain and reach my back and everything above me. The staff are very friendly and the schedule given to me were convenient. Thank you Greyslake Rehabilitation for being part of my healing.
