The owners are a husband and wife who are unbelievably nice- always smiling, are hard workers, and do what they say they are going to do. “Excellent dry cleaners! After I moved to Evanston from Highland Park, I tried several of my, new, local dry cleaners. They were unable to remove certain stains from my clothes and I thought I was going to have to throw them away. As a last ditch effort, I decided to make the drive to HP and Joy Cleaners, whom I'd used when I was an HP resident. Sure enough, they were able to remove the stains, my items looked like new, and I was both happy and relieved. Now, even though it's not exactly convenient for me anymore, I make the drive to Joy Cleaners...it's worth it!“
“I brought in a champagne colored sequined jacket that had red wine spilled all over the front. Steve didn't say yes, but he didn't say no. I left it there with fingers crossed and expecting the worst. When I went in to pick it up, I was greeted by a smile and a clean jacket. I have repeatedly received excellent service at this cleaners; from tailoring to cleaning. (And this wasn't the first time I spilled wine or red sauce!). I highly recommend using this cleaner!“
