“The cold going threw you it stops the arthritis I'm in pain since 2004 really it might have started in 2006 but my mom told me to go to a chiropractor in 2004 my neck my back was killing me but I went to get the cryptotherapy and cold sauna and truly it worked went back got back ,the other on for free in highly recommend cold ice water for 11 in this kind of weather hell I bought myself a small pool when it gets frozen in Chicago I don't care how I feel I get my boxers and robe and get in the tub and be there for 11 minutes plus it's helps improves mindset and staying cold showers for 8 minutes wakes me up every morning I lovevthis place.“
