I am 72 and have never had children. Was extremely surprised when about 2 years ago I began experiencing both stress and urge incontinence. Was looking for alternatives to medications as there are well documented side effects that I wasn't excited about. I began working with Dr Meena about a year ago. I have experienced about an 80% improvement in stress incontinence. Regrettably no measurable improvement in urge incontinence. Dr Meena is a kind, honest, and caring provider. All office staff and clinical assistants are equally compassionate. I would definitely encourage any woman with incontinence concerns to seek at least a consultation with this provider.

Hi - I wanted to share an update. It is now November 2023 and I still see Dr. Meena, albeit the frequency is much less because I am feeling so well! I have moved from dis-ease - to being able to manage and deal with symptoms - to actually feeling well and optimizing my health.
