Always professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I had suspicions of a hair problem that my first dermatologist did not pick up on even though I brought it to his attention for two years (two annual body checks). Dr. Dy and her staff knew immediately what was going on, diagnosed it, and I started treatment. I am beyond grateful.

I have seen Dr. Dy for acne, hair thinning, and most recently to start a tattoo removal with laser. She and her staff are the best - friendly, listen, and provide the latest treatment options that range in method and pricing, with no pressure to instantly commit. Additionally, there are no pushy sales tactics that you may experience with other dermatologist practices.Dr. Dy provides thorough care instructions after treatment, with easy to schedule follow up appointments when necessary. Dr. Dy and her entire staff are great! They’re all very friendly and warm, and I appreciate how honest and thorough Dr. Dy is. Dr. Dy is very good at what she does so booking an appointment can be challenging since her availability is rather limited, but other than that, I would absolutely recommend her!
