Jeff Seigal works at Skin Deep Medical Spa doing permanent makeup. He had permanently enhanced my eyeliner and my eyebrows and his work is masterful. Jeff also does makeup artistry on Broadway and in Hollywood and has been in the business for over 25 years. He definitely knows what he's doing. The session was painless and fast and the results are beautiful. Beth, at the front desk is wonderful and efficient. This is THE place to go for permanent makeup plus, it's under the guidance of Dr. Stephen Bloch, a world renown plastic surgeon. You'll be in the best of hands. Go!! You'll be in the best of hands.
