When we first met with Chad we had a vision for our home, and he also suggested some great ideas. We had talked to other companies, and they just did not listen to us at all, they tried to sell us what they wanted us to have and not what we wanted. Chad not only bid the job based on what we wanted, but he understood the vision I had, then made it a reality, he listened, and he provided a very fair bid. We hired them tear off the old rotted cedar siding, then reside the house with Hardie, we also had them take out our old windows and replace them with Marvins. The also redid our porch (posts, beadboard ceiling, trim) and replaced our gutters. The process they had was unbelievable, we knew we were in good hands from the beginning. It is a bit intimidating to hire someone based on good reviews, you just don't know if you are getting the real deal. We put down our deposit, and we were just in awe, the communication was beyond fantastic. Deb was in constant communication with updates, confirming design choices, start dates, etc. Once the job started Tricia came in and was also awesome. They kept us in the loop about everything. So, we thought okay, so they excel at keeping us in the loop, and then the crew started and we knew immediately we made the right choice. They were unbelievable, they did such a beautiful job, it was amazing to see my house transformed into my home. Crown made that possible. Rueben ran the crew. Able, Rueben, and Jesus are true craftsman, every day they worked hard and got the job done, and we watched in awe. The interior work also turned out beautiful. Reuben noticed some shelves my dad made for me before he passed and he matched my windowsills to them. What an unbelievably kind gesture. No detail went missed. You can feel very confident in your decision to hire Crown Exteriors, they do not disappoint.“
