We knew we couldn't handle all the cleaning of our new large home in the Galena Territory, so we reached out to Staci and were fortunate to get on her cleaning schedule. We also took advantage of her incredible services to clean our home after our purchase to give us a nice start in our house. Staci never flinches about taking on a task we ask of her. She's always on time and exceedingly communicative with us, which we really appreciate. There are house cleaners in the Galena area, and then there is Staci and her stellar services. We're glad we have Staci visiting our home every month to keep our home looking nice for ourselves and those who visit us. We really appreciate her attention to detail and glad we have her keeping us tidy month after month!

We needed a toilet repaired before a visitor came to stay at the house. They were prompt, and the repair person was personable and knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to, from the receptionist to the person in charge to the repair person, were all extremely nice and helpful. We would recommend them, and will definitely call them again when needed.
I will be calling Five Star Plumbing for any future plumbing needs for my Galena home. I called them on a Wednesday to schedule a kitchen sink and faucet install and they were able to fit me in 2 days later on Friday. Josh removed my old sink and even hauled it away for me. He was pleasant, extremely professional and their prices are affordable. Highly recommend!
Gerald was great, responded quickly through both email and text. The drive to his place was amazing great scenery, lovely dogs. And despite having a broken ankle, he decided not to cancel and still take us anyways. Absolute trooper and overall great guy.

Caring and supportive staff are a hallmark of Midwest Health \\u0026 Fitness Center. I started going for physical therapy after my first TKR - total knee replacement. But I stayed because of the friendly, helpful and supportive staff. I’d highly recommend this Fitness Center to anyone.

Was looking for a nice couples massage for my husband and I on our anniversary and happened to be staying in the hotel attached to the spa. We both had AMAZING massage therapist that targeted our trouble areas and gave a very cohesive and relaxing massage. As a massage therapist myself I'm pretty picky with massages and was extremely happy with both Tori and Suzan (I hope I spelled that right) would recommend this spa to anyone in the area! I highly recommend this women owned business. Product quality is outstanding and exceeds expectation. Their sense of design, selection of color and creating a style that fits my taste was perfect. Quality of workmanship was professional, exceptional, highly skilled work with attention to details. Jason or Jon never cut corners. They cleaned up everyday, took any trash away from the site. No dumpsters in the yard preventing unsightly job site. Not completely finished but I will post some photos. Project included new floor, new cabinets, new stairs. See photos below

We enjoyed learning about the art of french perfumery and how aromas are layered, along with discovering our personal scents and building our own unique scent formula. We left not only with our personalized candles, but with the great memories we created together!
One of my favorite stores in Galena. We go multiple times a year from out of state. The owner is a really great guy. They have a lot of unique stuff and if you find something else in Galena that this store has, chances are the other store will be more expensive. I love the pajamas here. They are very high quality and there are lots of designs. And he has a clearance room and if you make a donation to their local Humane Society you get the clearance price. 10/10 recommend ?
I had cut and color at A Cut Above 2 in Galena,today. Lindsay listened to my babbling about my unruly mess and tamed the beast! She has the skill set of a truly fine hair artist. The salon is clean and modern,but chill. Thankyou Lindsay and A Cut Above 2. What a great cut and wonderful salon experience!

Laura was so helpful at the Blooming Basket. She created a special arrangement inspired by my mother's bouquet back in 1974. This arrangement was for their 50th Wedding anniversary. It was delivered to the Desoto House in Galena and placed in their room - everything went without a hitch! My parents were surprised and it really helped to elevate their weekend celebration. Very accommodating for a group of five who wanted different services at the same time. Small spa; however, great services! I personally had Brenda for a massage and I walked out feeling like jello and could move so much better. We were able to start our day off
10/10 for beauty nails! I’m very particular about the quality of my dip manicures. They always do a fantastic job. Today I had to bring my 5 month old and 5 year old with me and they went above and beyond to be quick and efficient, while providing quality service and helped keep my kiddos happy and entertained!

Finally found my one and only horse vet!!!!!! I hesitate to mention how great Dr Hannah is with fear all the horse people will want her and I wnt be able to get an appt.,but with that said I highly recommend this awesome woman!! and now to top it off shes starting equine accupuncture.Hannah your the bestplease dont ever leave us.
