I am beyond grateful for the responsiveness and professionalism of Nate for responding to me regarding an urgent structural issue in my home. Even though Nate's calendar and workload was completely booked, he responded to my request to look at a dangerous issue in my home because he was concerned that we would not be able to get a response from other contractors in the area. Thank you to Nate and Galena Hillside Homes for looking out for neighbors and going above-and-beyond in professional customer service even when their schedule is fully booked.
