I contacted ProTech because my furnace stopped functioning during very cold weather. I had frozen pipes and ice in the toilets. They came out very quickly and got my system going in very little time. I was able to avoid any broken pipes or other major issues. They were very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone in Galena for any plumbing need. I plan to sign up with them for regular inspections and cleanings of my HVAC systems.

I have used ProTech twice for AC service. Both times Bucky came to my house very quickly. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and explain things in very simple terms. I originally used this company because they were recommended by several people, but I will continue to use them because of my own experience. The quality of work is great, the prices are reasonable, everyone is very professional and they arrive on time.A special shout-out to Jessica in the office. She is extremely polite and helpful. Best customer service ever!! Called at 8am because furnace was not working. Someone was there by 9:30 to look at it, written quote for new furnace received by 11am and new furnace/ac completed installed before noon the following day. Everyone very friendly and professional. Customer service of this high caliber is hard to find and the reason I love living in a small rural area.Service: Heating system installation
