“Before and after pictures. Small bathroom. Tom Kleszek was there every step of the process. He helped with planning, giving advice and problem solving. Answered all questions. We had Andy J do the actual renovation from start to finish in 2 weeks. Expert workmanship!! We had a 1950's bathroom that is now a modern one. Andy did demo, plumbing, electric, tiling, painting and cleaned up everyday. Tom came and helped at times. I felt I got a great value for the $ I spent. I also was able to come and go throughout the day without my dog getting out..both are dog lovers. I will use Solutions Builders for all of my home improvements from now on. Our basement is next. “Shout out to Yvette at Olson for kindly answering all of my questions and being super patient with me. I had Lindsay Pinnacle windows installed by Olson 4 years ago, and feel breezes through them. I have a lot of anxiety and never called to have them fixed. I called today and expressed frustration when I was referred to the manufacturer instead of Olson taking care of it, but Yvette took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of window parts and what is under installation vs. product warranty. “We interviewed a number of contractors but G-CAT who was referred to us by a friend was our final choice.

They did a great job removing our asphalt driveway, porch and large cracked concrete patio and replaced it with concrete. We also had a sidewalk added connecting the driveway to the backyard patio.

Vito helped make design recommendations when we asked and the design is perfect. Michael , his father also was part of the team and he helped us understand some of our current village code standards for our safety which we didn't have in our prior porch and steps.

We looked forward to hearing the workers arriving at our house by 615a with large equipment and they worked wonderfully as a hard working team to get the job done.

We love our concrete work and our neighbors keep stopping by admiring it and making alot of positive comments to how it help enhance our home and street appeal.

The Cambria counter tops came fromOld World Stone. Everyone and everthing was accomplished with excellence. There was some scheduling hiccups but we are very pleased.“

“OnDeck did a great job with replacing our deck. Santo and his team were polite and professional. I had some specific requests for the construction that Phil easily accommodated. There was one small thing that got missed but they came back and fixed it right away. Overall the construction and design was great and a huge improvement over what we had before. The crew also went above and beyond during construction, fixing a bit of damaged siding we had with scrap they’d had from the project. Would recommend!“

“vlad did quite alot of work at our home. was quick and took care of immediate needs allowing us to move in and had an extended team of contractors to offer for trades he isn't comfortable with like window repair. I would use vlad again and had hin come back for more projects later. vlad does have a strong personality (eastern European) at times but the work is good and he takes on most any challenge. he shows up, gives solid pricing, and works quick. have recommended to others who were happy. I always clean up after jobs when vlad comes but I am picky and prefer my way on that.“

“Worked mainly with the owner's son on getting our roof done. He was very friendly and responsive to communication. Same goes for the office staff. They were a pleasure to deal with and helpful navigating things with insurance and mortgage companies. They accommodated my specific requests for the gutters even though they had to specially make some pieces for us. Only thing negative I can say is the length of time it took to complete the work, but that was due to the break on exterior work over the winter months.“

“"We have had 2 projects completed by Capa Construction. The first was done in the summer of 2018, we had a new garage floor put in along with a huge new concrete driveway. We also replaced the garage doors that work with a phone app too. We continued with a new front porch and sidewalk and patio in the backyard. The sidewalk and patio are a beautiful gray stamped concrete . Lastly we have had new windows put in, love that they let the sun in, but do not fade the flooring or heat up the rooms.
