Erica was incredible!!! I brought my 2 autistic grandson's and for the first time ever, not a tear was shed. She was patient and listened when they said no. She was intune with their fears and either never had an episode the whole time!!!! I am more then appreciative as there is no where local that works well with autistic children. Thank you Mrs Erica in Fox Lake!!!!!!!!!
I went to costco cutters to just get a shampoo and condition. Sandra took care of me. She was very, very kind and recommended a product to help with my dry and damaged hair. Also, the manager came over and was helping with the purchase of the product and again, very helpful. I generally stop by either once or twice a week to have my hair.Washed, and everyone is always friendly and welcoming.
Great experience. The gurl I had was a little new, but her coworker was very helpful. Between the 2 they got the job done and I was very happy with the results. They also recommended some products that I got and they did the trick for my hair. So much healthier and looks so much better now. Will definitely be back!
