Honest communication throughout. There were moments where the service rep was unable to perform the job, but the company was extremely communicative of the situation and provided insight into the process. Everyone I interacted with was professional. Exceptional service truly made the whole process smooth and satisfying—I even had some questions while one of the reps was out on holiday and they did everything in their power to make sure the process went smoothly, including following up and providing a summary of the work done and what was causing the problem. A+ work
impressed with the services! After my original claim was denied I decided to see if they could help me and surely enough they were able to get me a new roof and anything else that was damaged by the storm! The team knew exactly what to do with the insurance claim, stayed in constant touch, and made everything fuss-free and clear. Thank you Spartans!
