The seller of my home utilized JF Roofing to replace the roof prior to close. However, the seller didn't opt to replace a critical item needed to prevent leaks. I emailed JF Roofing to inquire about a potential warranty and they showed up the SAME day to evaluate the issue and ultimately took care of the thing that the seller opted to not replace.
