I moved here a year and a half ago, after having a horrific experience at another office I switched to Lincolnway and I am ever grateful for this office! Everyone is so kind, patient and caring. Dr. Kim has gone above and beyond meeting us for an emergency for my son on a Sunday evening. I could not recommend this office enough after each wonderful experience my boys and I have had here!“

“Dr. Satish Gottumukkula and staff made accommodations for me ASAP when going through a dental crisis. I was able to see someone his network immediately to relieve my tooth pain. One week later, I was able to have a crown replaced! I was blown away by the rapid 3D porcelain printed crown!
Dr. Satish and Staff are competent and openly informative about all procedures. I was very impressed with their professionalism and have decided to proceed with Valley Dental Care as our primary family dentist.
In addition, Dr is very kind-spirited and uplifting with my little guys. I know the dentist can be a tough thing for all ages, but I am happy that my kids had positive experiences thus far.
Unfortunately, the one complaint I have is the lack of payment plan options for high cost dental procedures. This is something that is extremely important and hope could change in the future.“

My apmt was on time and I was in and out so quick with so much work completed in just one visit where are most offices make you schedule so many visits for no reason. “I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past (one who should have retired but instead messed up the whole side of my face with two fillings). This dentist I went to for TMJ issues but it turned out to be a bone infection in my jaw after COVID (thanks, COVID, for delay of care!) and I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Goetz! I continue to go to him even though he is kind of far away. He is slow to suggest root canals/crowns and takes extra steps to disinfect inside the tooth so there is no chance of leftover issues (a big concern, coming from a very crunchy family.) I have never had such confidence in a dentist, and I will go to him as long as possible even with a commute.“

He is so very patience (the patience of Job) has excellent bedside manners, treats me with utter respect and is a decent person. That's in addition to the excellent dentist that he is. A dentist told me my case couldn't be handed by their office, but Dr Brar said that as long as he found some bone he could help me. And that he did. After a series of bone grafting and implants, I'm almost ready for my permanent implants. I literally cried when the last temporary implant fitted. His expertise - knowledge - and persistent has paid off for me after more than three years. I give him seven stars.“
