My story begins with how I chose SmileMore amongst several Oro Valley options. I am new to Oro Valley and began by "cold calling" several dental offices. Maranda cheerfully answered the phone and patiently listened to my story, despite the obvious flurry of activity at the time. She kindly engaged the officer manager, Renee, on my behalf to ensure any concerns were fully addressed. My experience was fantastic. I had trays to straighten my teeth on the top and bottom of my mouth. I had a no issues each time I needed new trays and the dentists were very precise and explanatory through every step. When I was done with my initial plan of treatment my follow up assessments were thorough and detected that my jaw was out of alignment after my teeth had been corrected and I was placed on a continuing plan of treatment that was just as professional and great as my first plan. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Upon first entering greeted with a smile and warmth from the receptionist to the efficient and gentle care I received from each individual who assisted and examined me. I came in with a specific and immediate need but received the extra care and follow up overdue on my part. I struggle with a fear of dentistry but with the gentle care, I was able to relax. The professionalism by everyone I encountered gave me confidence and ease in follow up appointments and my vow to go for my checkups on a regular basis which I have not been doing.
