Called the office as a new patient for my 4 year old daughter who woke up complaining of pain in her gums. Staff was so friendly over the phone and was able to accommodate a same day appointment for us which included a cleaning, X-rays and exam. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and checked in right away. To my surprise there was no wait time! The hygienist was wonderful with my toddler and made sure she was comfortable. My daughter is an anxious kid so I was relieved that this experience was positive for her. The doctor was incredibly caring and took his time with the exam and answered all my questions. I am glad that I found this local dentist. I get in and out, they are reasonable. I don't have problems being accommodated with my work schedule. I would recommend Pacer to others.

Dr. Mahdi and Dr. Rathi are both very kind and empathetic. Their staff is helpful. They've always been helpful on the phone. Wait times are minimal - I think my longest was 15 minutes on a busy Saturday. My only criticism is that I missed a payment (monthly scheduled), and no one told me. Because of the missed payment, I wasn't able to book any appointments online for a month until I called to find out what the issue was.
