I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past (one who should have retired but instead messed up the whole side of my face with two fillings). This dentist I went to for TMJ issues but it turned out to be a bone infection in my jaw after COVID (thanks, COVID, for delay of care!) and I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Goetz! I continue to go to him even though he is kind of far away. He is slow to suggest root canals/crowns and takes extra steps to disinfect inside the tooth so there is no chance of leftover issues (a big concern, coming from a very crunchy family.) I have never had such confidence in a dentist, and I will go to him as long as possible even...read full review
Sandra did a great job explaining what she was doing step by step. I am typically really nervous around any dental office but she eased my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Goetz was also really informative and made sure to explain how to help me get back to having a healthy smile.
