304 N Euclid Ave, St. Louis“I needed to update three pairs of glasses–one of them sunglasses–with a new prescription. All three frames are from Warby Parker, bought within the last three years, and I still love them. They are also all in good shape; it was nice there was no pitch to replace them. Chris at the Central West End Warby Parker was a great help in figuring out how to use my insurance and their discount to get the best deal. I also prefer the smaller CWE store over the Frontenac store. It's much more intimate and feels likes a local store vs. a big mall store. I also always feel like I get more personal service. That was certainly the case with Chris. I'll always ask to work with him going forward.“

And the care compassion attentiveness of optic concerns are culminated in a safe space. Accept these Jewels in your Crown. And if you fail to see don't hesitate make an appointment.“

She saw the floater still present in my left eye & told me that my eyes continued to deteriorate, but, no need for cataract surgery just yet. Jessica gave me info on the frames afterwards; I’ll return with my wife to help me pick out a new frame to go with my new prescription.“

I lost one of my nose pad and have gone to some other two stores with no luck , the girl in this store replaced both pads for me in a few minutes, I wish I had some appropriate amount of cash with me so that I could tip her. Great experience!“

1040 Collinsville Crossing Blvd, Collinsville“As someone who has never before used Walmart for glasses (I’m a LensCrafters girl), I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received during my trip to pick out frames that were covered under my insurance. I did not have my eye exam done there, so I can’t offer any insight into what it’s like. However, I can say that the ladies helping me with my glasses were very polite and professional. Shae was primarily assisting me, and she did a wonderful job at recommending frames and was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. I believe I overheard that she had stayed a little longer past her shift, which I would not have guessed since she was so patient with me—someone who is new to this type of insurance and Walmart Vision in general. Thank you, Shae and the other ladies working in the Vision center, for making my first experience a pleasant one! I was able to order two pairs of frames for half the price I would’ve paid at LensCrafters for one pair. I can’t wait to pick them up next week!“

It was a pleasant experience. The office was very nice and I felt comfortable. Glasses came back in a decent amount of time. I am pleased with their services.“
