From my Initial morning phone call answered by Angela, who listened, and who was able to have Jason come that day, who then had two quotes for me the next morning, and with no pressure, allowed me the time to research before making my decision.
Contract approved. Order placed. Updated me every step of the way. Set up appointments according to my schedule when the equipment started to come in. Shannon arrived each time to the appointments when promised. His expertise was evident throughout then entire process. He, Jason, Angela, (not certain I have the names correct, Alex and Mason), all part of a great team!
