She is extremely knowledgeable and will talk you through each part of the process. She lets you know the cost of something before doing it and is honest about whether certain things are necessary or not. She is easy to contact when you need advice or have a quick question. “Our cat fell 8ft from banister to steps below. Back left leg completely unresponsive. Rushed her to Bettendorf. Luckily they were not busy that night at midnight. Got right in. Staff was very professional and compassionate with us. Very patient with all our questions. Was not able to diagnose exactly what her injury was but was able to rule out that it was not broken bones or spinal injury. Was prompt in forwarding the x-rays to us and our vet immediately after our visit. She is making a slow recovery but we anticipate a full recovery. Would highly recommend this care center for your pet.“

“Doctor Turner and her staff have always provided excellent care for my personal animals as well as our rescue’s animals. They keep in constant contact, have the animal’s best interest in mind, and don't give up with hard cases. One of my extreme medical dogs gets insanely excited when she hears she’s going to the vet, and Doctor Turner is the only veterinarian out of THREE (one being a specialty clinic) that figured out that a cat with behavioral issues in the rescue had been shot and removed the bullet. There had been no external wounds or any indicators he had been shot, but she refused to give up and found it.I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Turner for your animals.“
