I am so happy to have a new vet for exotic animals. Sir Hades VonSnakeyFace was well taken care of, and the stuff took great care of us. My daughter wants to be a vet, and it was really good for her to see the staff interact with clients in such a calm and professional manner. Thank you again!
Dr. Wagner is excellent. I've been in the Quad Cities for a couple years so far and have been to several vets. Dr. Wagner and Whitehaven have the "It Factor". So far, they have been personable, accommodating and reasonably priced. These folks have never once tried to get me to pay for something that wasn't absolutely needed. They are gentle with my senior pets and always care for them as if they were human beings. When it comes to explaining things, they are thorough, simple and easy to understand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I did my shadow hours for my vet tech application at this clinic, and had an amazing experience.I also moved my animals here for veterinary care and am very pleased with the staff and communication!
