I wish I could give ten stars to the staff and Dr. Hoyt for the care they gave our grand dog who was visiting from out of town. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful!! Sunday hours are a life saver!!!!

I could tell the gal at the counter found her calling. This was more than just a 9 to 5 but she and from what I could gather from the others genuinely had a passion for animals AND their owners.

I have only good things to say about this veterinarian practice. I was visiting from out of town when my dog swallowed a thyroid pill. I called around to the nearby vet and emergency vets and no one would take us because we weren’t patients. Not only was Cityline willing to take us, but the main vet was in surgery at the time. When the receptionist heard our situation, she immediately went and asked the vet about how to proceed. Luckily, the dosage was low enough that my dog could just sleep it off. They assured me that she would be fine at no charge. I can’t recommend this vet clinic enough, the staff went out of their way to help me and my dog.
