I think it’s pretty unfair that so many of the negative reviews are about not being able to get in or having to wait. An emergency vet can only safely treat a certain number of patients at a time, and just like a human ER, they have to triage based on severity. It is an emergency hospital after all, not simply an overnight veterinary clinic.
My experience here was very positive. My two dogs got into a pretty bad fight and both had bite wounds. Yesterday was my first time being here. My cat wasn't doing so well. She wasn't eating for days and she had a form of kidney disease plus a mass on her bladder, and she wasn't able to hold herself anymore. So I had to make the toughest decision in the world and get her euthanized. The staff was so kind and the doctor was as well, most of the bad reviews on here are wrong, they showed a lot of care and compassion during the whole process, giving us as much time with our Rosie as we needed. I loved how they explained everything to us, and took it as slow as we wanted/needed. Thank you guys for being so amazing.
Hats off to this place and the wonderful workers. Took my (American bully) dog in as she was having a heat stroke. They did nothing but love and care for her. I was terrified the results would be different. But this group did everything in their power to help and she back to her normal self. Thank you all so much. I can’t thank y'all enough.
