“I take classes here, specifically the adult ones. Super fun and easy to get into. I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't like to work out because it can be extremely tiring though I view that as part of the fun.Mr. Morrow teacher hand to hand combat primarily but also teaches staff, nunchucks and sticks occasionally. Once a person hits brown belt, they can start learning spear, sword, and more.“

Being able to train with my son has made the time even more enjoyable.The classes are always unique with a mix of fitness, self defense, sparring & grappling.I can't say enough about this school.“
