We started our son in 1st grade as a way to improve body awareness as he was very discoordinated. He absolutely loved it and has been doing it for 4 years now. His self confidence has skyrocketed and he has shown great improvement in self-discipline. Even if your kiddo decides it’s not for them it is ABSOLUTELY worth the try

Started when I was 10 only for a few months and tested for my yellow belt, but never went back to class to receive it. All through middle and high-school the core principles of taekwando stuck with me. 10 years later I returned and they still had the records of me completing my yellow belt test. 3 years later I became a first degree black belt and the journey of learning and achieving my true potential feels like it has just begun begun.

I highly recommend it if you have want to train your body and mind.
