My son has been training at Spellious Martial Arts now for almost a year and Master Spellious and his instructors have worked wonders with him! His self confidence and cordnation are great! I take cardio kickboxing classes with Deena and have been taking her classes for 2 + years. She is an exceptional instructor. Every class is different which makes it interesting and it's clear that she puts a lot of time and thought into preparation each and every time. She is a really fit woman and she inspires/challenges everyone in the class to work up to their potential. I have taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years and I can easily say that Deena is the best instructor I've ever had. She cares a ton and keeps the quality really high every class.
