“I take classes here, specifically the adult ones. Super fun and easy to get into. I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't like to work out because it can be extremely tiring though I view that as part of the fun.Mr. Morrow teacher hand to hand combat primarily but also teaches staff, nunchucks and sticks occasionally. Once a person hits brown belt, they can start learning spear, sword, and more.“

However, Sensei Johnson is such a personable and amazing instructor, my anxieties about being a beginner were quickly squashed by the confidence he instilled.
