“I had a great experience with Brittany! It was my first time there and she made me feel very comfortable and very seen with the issues I was having. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly, even assessing my skin with a computer scan and telling me what everything meant and how we can go about correcting my concerns. I had a microneedling treatment done and I was a bit nervous but she did such a great job and made sure my skin was prepped well beforehand to make sure it wouldn't be painful and gave me some Aftercare products and tips to keep the skin in good shape afterwards. She is such a professional and knows exactly what she's talking about with skin care and treatments and I felt very confident in her skill and technique and I ended up booking series with her do a few more of those microneedling treatments and then see what else we can do when those are done! The the Medical Spa itself is very upscale and beautiful and the staff was very pleasant and kind. It's definitely worth it and I am driving almost an hour and a half from where I live to get there! They do have another location in Crystal Lake that I know she works at as well, so do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation with Brittany and I promise you won't be disappointed! She's definitely a master esthetician!”
