Ash is really amazing!
I walked into Ulta in Crystal Lake with low expectations, hoping to find a replacement for an eye product, and Ash appeared at my side to give me assistance and what resulted in a very enjoyable, informative, and successful shopping experience! I learned a lot about current eye products, and Ash also helped lead me to find a solution (product) to address an additional concern (skin).
I am very impressed by the friendly customer service and care that Ash provided, as well as her wealth of knowledge, and I walked out of Ulta with a big smile on my face.

5 star for Maria Denisi who is doing always a great job: haircut, full highlight, blow dry, styling, etc. I know Maria since she worked in Elk Grove Village salon, she is so professional and likes what she is doing. Really a good professional. Today, I had an appointment at 9:30 AM, and this was my first time at this location Ulta Beauty Crystal Lake. During my procedures, another lady who also works there had an inappropriate behaviour against Maria, she scremead at Maria like we are child here: “Make sure you do not take something (related to the beauty”. Just had my hair colored by Anastasia! Its beautiful, thank you! Anastasia is amazing and is filled with talent. She did exactly what I asked for and more. I can't believe how much I love it!! Absolutely recommend her to be your stylist. I will be returning and bringing my entire family! Thank you again, Anastasia! Youre the best!!!
